Cleveland's Public Work Session on 8/5

Thanks to everyone that made it out to Kirby Manor for the second public meeting covering the Cleveland side of the Clifton Boulevard Transportation Enhancement Program. The second round of public meetings were split with one meeting in Cleveland and one in Lakewood in order to maximize the amount of time available for public input.
